Newly Admitted Students
A “Certificate of Admission” will be issued to newly admitted students intending to apply for a study abroad visa (D-2). Please contact isadmit@ewha.ac.kr for more information.
Required Documents

3. Photo (3.5cm*4.5cm)
4. A copy of the University’s business registration certificate (please contact isadmit@ewha.ac.kr)
5. Certificate of admission (please contact isadmit@ewha.ac.kr)
6. Evidence of the highest level of education the student has completed (e.g. graduation certificate)
7. Proof of financial capacity (e.g. a bank balance certificate issued under student’s own name with a minimum balance of 20 million KRW, certificate of scholarship, etc.)
8. Family relation certificate (for those submitting a bank balance certificate issued under parents’ names)
9. Tuberculosis test certificate (for nationals of one of the 35 countries listed below)

Current & Returning Students
Current & returning students who require a D-2 visa must apply for a certificate of admission (CoA) during the application period before the start of the semester. Applications will be accepted from three months before the start of each semester; please reach out to us by no later than two months before the semester begins. Relevant information, including the application period, will be posted on the notice board of this website in December for the Spring semester and in June for the Fall semester.

Procedures
1. Apply for a certificate of admission online after carefully reading the most recently updated information posted on the notice board
2. Receive your "certificate of admission" and the university's business registration certificate
3. Visit the Korean Embassy in your country or the immigration office if currently in Korea
4. Apply for a D-2 visa
