(대학건강센터 사전 예약 후 진단서 지참하여 방문 필요) ③ 지도교수 의견서 1부. ④ 휴학원서 1부. ⑤ 휴학청원서 1부. ※ 1회 휴학기간 : 한 학기 단위로 휴학신청 가능4. 등록금 반환금액(등록 이후 휴학하는 경우)가. 등록금을 납부한 후 휴학한 학생은 휴학 접수일에 따라 반환금액이 차등 적용됨 나. 등록 이후 휴학자의 등록금은 유레카통합행정에 입력된 본인 명의의 계좌로 반환, 접수가 완료된 경우에 한함 휴학원서 접수일반환금액학기 개시일 2주 이내 (3/1~3/14)휴학 당시 수업료 전액 반환학기 개시일 30일 이내 (3/15~3/30)휴학 당시 수업료의 5/6학기 개시일 60일 이내 (3/31~4/29)휴학 당시 수업료의 2/3학기 개시일 90일 이내 (4/30~5/27)휴학 당시 수업료의 1/2 ※ 신청 후 접수 불가 사유가 있는 경우(장학금 반환, 계좌 미등록) 해결 후 접수상태가 되어야만 반환 처리됨. 따라서 등록금 반환 기준이 전환되는 일자가 근무일이 아닌 경우에는 사전에 미리 장학금 반환, 계좌 등록 등을 꼭 처리하여 불이익을 받지 않도록 유의하시기 바랍니다. 다. 학부 : 등록금 반환 기준일이 주말이나 공휴일인 경우, 장학금 반환처리가 되지 않아 휴학접수 처리가 안되어 반환금액이 달라질 수 있음. 반드시 휴일 전 장학복지팀 근무 시간에 금액 확인 후 반환처리 완료하시길 바람. Early Return form Leave You can make payment after you have applied for an Early Return from Leave. The payment dates will be announced on the 2022-1st semester registration banner. ※ If you have not received the “Honors Scholarship” due to Leave of Absence, you must select “Yes” for a “Scholarship carry over request’ at the “Apply/Cancel returning to school” or the “Apply/Cancel early returning to school” menu.
