외국인 유학생 여러분, 안녕하세요.

이화여자대학교 국제학생팀입니다.

2026학년도 2학기를 맞아 외국인 유학생 여러분이 친구들과 즐거운 추억을 쌓을 수 있도록 롯데월드 어드벤처 문화체험 프로그램을 준비했습니다.

참가를 희망하는 학생은 아래 세부 내용을 반드시 확인하신 후 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 프로그램 개요

- 일시: 2026년 10월 2일(금) 14:30

- 장소: 롯데월드 어드벤처

- 모집 인원: 선착순 60명

- 참가비: 20,000원 (환불 불가)

               *10,000원권 지폐 2장으로만 납부 가능 (잔돈 교환 및 거스름돈 지급 불가)

2. 집결 및 출석 확인

- 집결 시간: 2026년 10월 2일(금) 14:30까지 (시간 엄수)

- 집결 장소: 잠실역 4번 출구 인근 지하광장에 위치한 분수대 앞

                  *세부 집결 안내는 참가자 확정 후 별도 이메일을 통해 안내드릴 예정이오니 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

- 현장에서 본인 확인 및 티켓 배부가 진행되므로 반드시 14:30까지 도착해 주시기 바랍니다.

3. 신청 방법

- 신청 일시: 2026년 9월 17일(목) 10:00부터 (선착순 마감)

- 신청 장소: 국제학생팀 사무실 (ECC B329호) 방문 접수

- 준비물: 학생증(실물/모바일), 참가비 현금 20,000원 (10,000원권 2장) 지참 필수

4. 취소 및 대기자 안내

- 신청 취소: 부득이한 사정으로 참가가 어려운 경우, 2026년 9월 23일(수)까지 이화글로벌 메일(ewhaglobal@ewha.ac.kr)로 사전 연락 바랍니다. 

                  (*인원이 한정되어 있으므로 신중한 신청 부탁드리며, 단순 변심으로 인한 취소는 자제해 주시기 바랍니다.)

- 대기자 접수: 선착순 60명 마감 후 대기자 명단을 접수합니다. 기존 신청자의 취소 발생 시 대기 순번에 따라 개별 연락을 드립니다.

- 대기자 참가비 납부: 참가 확정 안내 연락을 받은 당일 중으로 국제학생팀(ECC B329)에 참가비를 납부해야 하며, 미납 시 다음 순번으로 기회가 넘어갑니다.

5. 주요 유의사항

- 참가비는 납부 후 일체 환불되지 않습니다.

- 참가비 납부 시 반드시 10,000원권 지폐로만 준비해 주시기 바랍니다. (거스름돈 제공 불가)

- 본 프로그램 참여로 인한 공결 승인/출석 인정 사유서는 발급되지 않습니다.

- 원활한 행사 진행을 위해 선발된 학생은 일정에 성실히 참여해 주시기 바랍니다.

[2026-2 Korean Culture Program for International Students]

Dear International Students,

The International Student Affairs Team at Ewha Womans University is pleased to invite you to a cultural experience program at Lotte World Adventure for the Fall 2026 semester.

Please review the information below carefully before applying.

1. Program Information

- Date: Friday, October 2, 2026, 2:30 p.m.

- Place: Lotte World Adventure

- Participants: 60 students (first-come, first-served)

- Participation Fee: KRW 20,000 (non-refundable)

  * Payment must be made with two KRW 10,000 bills. Change cannot be provided.

2. Meeting Place & Attendance Check

- Time: By 2:30 p.m. on October 2 (Please be punctual)

- Meeting Place: In front of the fountain in the underground plaza near Jamsil Station Exit 4

※ Detailed meeting instructions will be sent separately by email after participants are confirmed.

Identity verification and ticket distribution will take place at the meeting point. All confirmed participants must arrive by 2:30 p.m.

3. Application

- Opens: Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

- Location: International Student Affairs Team Office (ECC B329)

- Required: Student ID (Physical/Mobile), KRW 20,000 in cash (two KRW 10,000 bills)

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all 60 places are filled.

4. Cancellation & Waitlist

- Cancellation Deadline: Wednesday, September 23, 2026

   If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact [ewhaglobal@ewha.ac.kr] by the deadline. 

   As places are limited, please apply only if you are certain you can attend.

- Waitlist: Once all 60 places are filled, additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist. Vacancies will be offered in waitlist order.

- Waitlist Payment: Students offered a place from the waitlist must pay the KRW 20,000 participation fee at ECC B329 on the day of confirmation. If payment is not made that day, the place will be offered to the next student.

5. Important Notes

- The participation fee is non-refundable once paid.

- Participation in this program does not qualify for official class absence approval, and no attendance recognition document will be issued.

- Confirmed participants are expected to attend the program as scheduled and cooperate with the event guidelines.
