① 거주숙소제공확인서

② 숙소제공자의 신분증(등록증 등) 앞•뒷면 복사본

③ 숙소제공자가 작성한 부동산계약서 복사본

• 거주숙소제공확인서에 거주 시작일 필수

사업자등록증이 있는 숙박업체

(예: 고시원, 고시텔, 게스트하우스 Air BnB 등)

① 거주숙소제공확인서 혹은 입실 원서

② 업장의 사업자등록증

③ 월세 영수증

• 거주숙소제공확인서에 작성한 주소와 사업자등록증 상의 주소가 일치해야 함

• 입실 원서 제출 시 최초입실일 확인 필요

• 월세 영수증 대신 월세의 계좌이체내역 제출 가능

Copy of Lease or Rent Contract

• The exact address should be written

• Information the tenant and landlord should be specified and all information related to your residence should be available on the contract

Residence under another party’s name

(e.g. living with a friend or family)

① Confirmation of Residence / Accommodation (available on hikorea)

② Copy of both sides of the provider’s ID

③ Copy of the lease or rent contract under the provider’s name

• The first date of your residence period should be stated on the confirmation form

Accommodation with a Business License

① Confirmation of Residence / Accommodation or an accommodation contract

② Copy of business license of your accommodation

③ Receipt of rent payment

• The address on the confirmation form and the business license should be the same

• The first date of residence should be stated on the confirmation form

• When the receipt of rent payment is not available, a document showing wire transfer history can serve as a substitute
