코로나19 지역사회 감염 확산 우려에 따라 출입국⋅외국인관서 방문 최소화를 위하여 등록 외국인의 체류기간이 연장되었음을 알려드립니다(2020. 4. 9.시행). 해당 내용에는 D-2 비자를 소지한 외국인 유학생도 포함됩니다. 이에 외국인 유학생 중 대상자들을 아래와 같이 알려드립니다.

아 래 -

1. 대상자(아래 두 가지 모두 충족)
1)2020. 4. 9. ~ 5. 31. 사이에 체류기간이 만료되는 외국인 등록을 한 유학생

2)2020. 4. 9. 기준으로 한국에 합법적으로 체류하는 유학생

⇨ 2020. 4. 30. 비자가 만료되며 현재 한국에 체류 중이며 체류에 문제가 없는 외국인 유학생이 모두 해당됩니다.

2. 연장기한: 2020. 7. 31.(*외국인등록증에는 별도로 표기되지 않음 주의)

3. 유의사항

  - 2020. 4. 30.까지 연장되었다가 2020. 7. 31.까지 재연장된다는 내용입니다.

  - 기존 공지된 체류기간 연장 서류 접수 대행 데스크는 2020. 4. 13.에 그대로 진행할 예정입니다. 따라서 2020. 7. 31.보다 더 길게 연장이 필요한 학생이라면 비자 연장 데스크를 이용하셔도 됩니다.

In order to prevent any community infections of COVID-19, the Immigration Office has extended the expiration date of sojourn (visa) for registered foreigners residing in Korea to minimize the number of visits to immigration offices as of April 9th, 2020. In doing so, international students holding a D-2 visas are subjected to the extension of sojourn as well. The details are as follows:

1. Subject of Sojourn (Visa) Extension (Need to satisfy all two conditions)

  1) Registered international students whose sojourn (visa) expires during April 9th 2020 to May 31st.

  2) International students who are legally staying in Korea as of April 9th, 2020.

⇨ Therefore all international students who are staying in Korea, have no prolbems with their sojourn or visa and whose sojourn (visa) expires on April 30th, 2020 are subjected to re-extension.

2. Date of Extension: July 31st, 2020 (*Please note that the updated date will not be written on your ARC)

3. Caution

  - This announcement is to inform that D-2 visas expiring on April 30th will be re-extended to July 31st, 2020

  - The visa extension on-campus service will still take place on April 13th, 2020, regardless of the additional sojourn extension. Therefore, if you need to extend your sojourn or visa longer than July 31st, 2020, you may visit the service desk and apply for visa extension.

由于新型冠状病毒疫情，为最大程度减少出入境外国人管理部门的接触，针对外国人登陆证的留学生的签证有效期进行延长(2020.4.9实施)。延长对象仅限持有D-2留学签证的外国留学生。具体对象及内容如下：

1. 对象(需同时满足以下两个条件)
1)2020. 4. 9. ~ 5. 31. 在此期间签证有效期到期并持有外国人登陆证的留学生

2)2020. 4. 9. 在韩国合法滞留的留学生

⇨ 签证有效期为2020. 4. 30，现在在韩国合法滞留的所有外国留学生

2. 延长时间至: 2020. 7. 31.(*外国人登陆证上不会另行标注日期)

3. 注意事项

  - 该通知内容是指之前签证有效期被延长至2020年4月30日之后，再一次被延长至2020年7月31日

  - 之前通知的校园延签代办服务依然按照原计划于2020年4月13日 举办。因此如果需要将个人签证延长至2020年7月31以后，可以参加校园延签代办服务。
