서울시에서 지원받은 마스크를 본교 외국인 유학생들에게 배부하고자 합니다.

마스크는 면마스크 1개 및 필터 5개로 구성되어 있으며, 1인당 1세트를 받으실 수 있습니다.

[마스크 수령 방법]

1. 4월 6일(월) ~ 7일(화) 및 4월 13일(월)에 외국인등록증/비자연장 기간에 방문하는 학생은 접수 데스크에서 수령 가능

2. 그 외 학생들은 국제학생팀(ECC B329호)에 방문하여 수령 가능 (현재 자가격리 중인 학생은 반드시 14일 자가격리 기간 이후에 방문)

    ※사무실 업무시간: 월~금 09:00~12:00/13:00~17:00

3. 전문⋅특수대학원생들은 각 대학원 행정실에서 배부 예정

방문 시 본인 확인을 위해 학생증(신분증)을 꼭 지참하셔야하며, 수령 후 수령 서명을 하셔야 합니다. 모든 학생들이 빠짐없이 마스크를 받을 수 있도록 하기 위한 절차이며, 이와 같은 이유로 대리수령은 불가능한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

코로나-19 극복을 위해 우리 모두의 주의와 배려가 필요한 때입니다.

모두의 안전과 건강을 위해 코로나 예방수칙을 준수(자주 손 씻기, 외출시 마스크 착용, 사회적 거리두기 등)하여 주시기 바랍니다.   

The ISAT office will be distributing face masks provided by the Seoul metropolitan government to our international degree-seeking students. Each student may pick up one set, which consists of one cloth face mask and 5 filters.

[Pick-up Instructions]

Students who plan to come for the alien registration/visa extension on-campus service during April 6(Mon) ~ 7(Tue) and April 13(Mon) may pick up their set during that time.

All other students may visit the ISAT office (ECC B329) for pick up (students must visit after their 14 day self-quarantine period has ended)

  ※ Office hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00~12:00/13:00~17:00

Students of Professional/Special Graduate Schools must pick up their mask set from their department office.

Students must bring their student ID for verification, and will be asked for a signature to confirm their receipt. This is to ensure that all students receive a mask; please note that students will not be allowed to pick up a mask set on behalf of another fellow student.

It is important for all of us to be patient and considerate of others during this difficult time. To limit the spread of COVID-19 we ask that everyone follow the government guidelines on taking preventive measures (washing hands often, wearing a mask when going outdoors, social distancing, etc).

首尔市向本校外国留学生援助口罩，学校将按照如下日程进行发放。

口罩是由一个棉质口罩和5个过滤网构成的套装产品，每人限领一套。

[口罩领取方法]

1. 于4月6日~7日以及4月13日进行校内团体外国人登陆证办理/签证延期的学生可在现场领取

2. 其他学生可前往国际学生组(ECC B329)领取(居家隔离者必须在14天隔离期结束后才

  可前往领取)

  ※办公时间: 星期一~五 09:00~12:00/13:00~17:00

3. 专门/特殊大学院学生由各大学院自行发放

领取时请出示学生证(或有效身份证件)，需本人签字认领。为了让所有学生都能领取，禁止代领。
