2020년 3월 D-2 비자연장 대상 학생 안내(2020. 3. 30.)
1. 한국 체류 중인 유학생의 D-2 비자연장: 단체접수 이용 안내
▶ D-2 유학비자 소지자 중 오는 2020년 3월 31일에 비자가 만료되는 학생은 이번에 한해 2020년 4월 30일까지 비자 연장 신청이 가능합니다. 단, 코로나바이러스 감염 예방을 위해 관할 출입국사무소 방문을 통한 개인적 비자 연장 신청은 불가능합니다.
따라서 2020년 4월 13일(월)에 진행되는 비자 단체 접수를 이용하시기 바라며 이 경우 비자 연장에 문제가 없음을 알려드립니다.
▶ 단체접수는 자가격리 기간이 끝난 학생들에 한해 이용 가능함을 알려드립니다. 만약 자가격리 기간이 끝나지 않았다면 단체접수 이용이 불가능하며 자가격리 후 hikorea에서 전자민원을 통해 비자 연장을 신청하시기 바랍니다.

2. 해외 체류 중이며 D-2 비자연장이 필요한 학생
▶ 비자의 만료일(대부분 2020년 3월 31일) 이전에 한국에 입국 가능한 경우
- 한국에 입국하여 4월 30일까지 비자 연장 신청을 하면 됩니다.
- 12월 1일 이후 중국 방문 학생은 출입국사무소로의 직접 방문이 불가능합니다. 따라서 자가격리 기간 이후에 학교에서 단체접수로 신청하거나 하이코리아 웹사이트에서 전자민원으로 신청하시기 바랍니다.
- 해외 공관에서 비자 연장 업무를 할 수 없습니다. 한국의 출입국사무소에서만 가능합니다.
▶ 만약 비자 만료일(대부분의 경우 2020년 3월 31일) 이전에 입국할 수 없는 경우
- 소지 중인 D-2 비자 만료 ⇨ 입국 전 D-2 비자 신규 발급 필요
- 새로운 비자가 필요한 경우, 공지에 첨부된 ①표준입학허가서 발급 신청서와 ②여권 사본을 첨부하여 gsc@ewha.ac.kr 로 이메일을 보내주세요. 발급부터 발송까지 약 2주 소요될 예정이며 지역에 따라 더 오래 걸릴 수도 있습니다.
- 표준입학허가서 발급을 위해 이메일을 보낼 때에는 ①학번 ②이름 ③표준입학허가서 재발급 사유 ④입국에정일자를 함께 적어주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다.
Announcement for Students Subjected to Visa Extension in March (2020. 3. 30.)
1. On-campus visa extension service for students currently residing in Korea
▶ Students holding a visa that expires on March 31st, 2020 can extend their visas until April 30th, 2020. However, in doing so, personal visits to the Immigration Office is restricted in order to prevent any infections of COVID-19. Please use the on-campus visa extension that will take place on April 13th, 2020 and please note that there are no problems in extending your visa.
▶ On-campus visa extension service is available to those whose self-quarantine period has ended. If you are on self-quarantine, you can apply for visa extension online via Hikorea through the e-application service.

2. For students who are living out of Korea and need visa extension
▶ For students who are residing out of Korea and can arrive in Korea before the visa expiration date
- Apply for visa extension before April 30th
- Students who have visited China from December 1st cannot make personal visits to the immigration office. As stated above, please visit the school to apply for visa extension via on-campus visa service after your self-quarantine period or apply online through Hikorea’s e-application service.
- Please note that visa extension is only possible through the immigration office in Korea. It is impossible to do so in your home country.
▶ For students who cannot come to Korea before the visa expiration date
- Your existing D-2 visa will expire. Hence, you will need to get a new D-2 visa
- If you need a new D-2 visa issued, please send us an email at gsc@ewha.ac.kr with the attached ①application for certificate of admission and ②a copy of your passport. The whole process from issuing the certificate to sending a hard copy to your address will take about two weeks and it may take longer depending on the location.
- When requesting for the certificate of admission, please state your ①student id number ②name ③reason for applying for certificate of admission ④expected date of arrival in Korea.
2020年3月D-2签证延期通知 (2020. 3. 30)
1. 在韩滞留中的D-2签证延期: 团体代办使用通知
▶ D-2签证持有者中，有效期在2020年3月31日即将过期的学生，可在4月30日以前申请签证延期。但为了防止新型冠状病毒疫情扩散，管辖出入境管理局不受理个人申请业务。因此需要办理签证延期的学生在4月13日(周一)参加学校团体代办服务。
▶ 团体代办服务仅限居家隔离结束的学生，若隔离期未结束，无法参加团体代办，可在隔离期结束之后，通过hikorea网站进行网上延签申请。
▶ 有关D-2签证延期团体代办服务的相信内容，请参考国际学生组网上公告。
2. 未入境韩国需要进行D-2签证延签者
▶ 在签证有效期(大部分为2020年3月31日)之前可以入境韩国者
- 可在入境后于4月30日之前申请签证延签。
- 在12月1日以后曾到访过中国的学生，不能前往出入境管理局进行下线申请。因此在隔离期结束之后可通过学校团体代办或者通过hikorea网站进行网上申请。
- 在驻外韩国领馆无法办理签证延签，只能在韩国的出入境管理局办理。
▶ 在签证有效期(大部分为2020年3月31日)之前无法入境韩国者
- 所持有的D-2签证失效 ⇨ 需重新办理D-2签证
- 如果需要重新办理签证，请填写附件①标准入学许可书申请表②护照复印件发送至
gsc@ewha.ac.kr ,从材料申请到邮寄，大约需要2周以上甚至更长的时间。
- 发送邮件时，请写明①学号②姓名③标准入学许可书申请原因④预计入境时间。
