외국인 등록/비자 연장 교내 서류접수 대행 서비스 안내

한국에 3개월 이상 체류하는 모든 외국인은 반드시 입국 후 90일 이내에 외국인등록증을 신청해야 합니다. 이에 따라, 국제처 국제학생팀(ISAT)이 한국이민재단을 통해 외국인등록 서류접수 대행 서비스를 운영합니다. 아울러 외국인 유학생 재학생 중 2020년 3월 중 비자가 만료되는 학생들을 대상으로 비자 연장 접수 대행 서비스도 제공합니다. 원활한 외국인 등록과 비자 연장을 위해 제출서류를 준비하여 아래 기간에 교내 서류접수 서비스를 방문하여 신청하기 바랍니다.

▣ 대상: D-2 비자를 소지한 본교 신입 외국인 학위 과정생, 학위 과정 재학생, 교환 ∙ 방문학생

*이미 외국인등록번호가 있는 학생은 외국인 등록이 완료된 학생으로 외국인 등록 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

▣ 온라인 사전 접수: 2020년4월5일(일)까지 http://kisfvisa.org 에서 진행

   -  온라인 사전 접수를 한 학생에 한해서만 대행 서비스 이용이 가능합니다.

   -  방문 전 반드시 온라인 사전 접수 신청 후 필요 서류를 준비하여 방문하시기 바랍니다.
   - 체류기간 연장의 경우, 온라인 사전 접수 절차가 없습니다. 필요 서류를 준비하여 방문하십시오. 

▣ 교내 서류접수 대행 서비스 일정

(*외국인 등록의 경우, 서류 심사 완료 후 지정된 날짜에 남부출입국사무소에 방문하여 지문을 등록해야 합니다. 자세한 일정은 향후 안내될 예정이며 지문 등록이 늦어질 경우 외국인 등록 또한 늦어질 수 있습니다.)

▣ 교내 서류접수 대행 서비스 장소: 운동장(장소변경)

    - 방문시 반드시 통합신청서를 출력하여 준비하셔야 합니다.

    - 위 날짜 이외에는 서비스를 운영하지 않습니다.  

▣ 제출 서류:

①  통합신청서: 한국이민재단 사이트에서 신청 후 출력 가능

②  여권

③  여권 사본

④  위임장: 한국이민재단 사이트에서 신청서와 함께 출력 가능(*체류기간 연장은 첨부파일의 "위임장

    (행정사 합동사무소)-서울남부" 참고하여 작성)

⑤  여권에 발급된 D-2 비자 페이지 사본

⑥  ID 사진 (3.5cm * 4.5cm) – 출입국관리사무소 사진 규격 엄수

⑦  재학증명서(재학생) / 수료증명서(수료생, 2020년 2월 29일부터 출력 가능)

n 본교생: 유레카, 발급기기(ECC Gate1 안쪽 위치) 또는 학생서비스센터에서 발급

n 교환∙방문학생: 오리엔테이션 패킷에 있음, 추가적으로 필요할 경우 국제교류팀(ECC B334방문)

⑧  대학원 수료생의 경우: 지도교수님과 국제학생팀 유학생담당자(국제대학원의 경우 국제대학원의 담당자)의

      확인을 받은 ‘논문지도 일정에 대한 지도교수 확인서’

⑨  학부 초과학기 등록생의 경우: 지도교수님과 국제학생팀 유학생담당자의 확인을 받은 ‘초과학기 확인서’

⑪  수수료 40,000원(외국인등록), 70,000원(비자연장) – 현금만 가능

▣ 서류접수 서비스 이용 유의사항

   -  서류 심사 및 외국인 등록 수령은 약 4주 정도 소요될 예정입니다.

   -  외국인등록증 수령 전 출국 시 현재 소지하고 있는 D-2비자는 자동 만료 되오니 수령 전까지는 해외 여행을 삼가

     시기 바랍니다. 서류 미비 등의 이유로 서비스 이용이 불가할 수 있으니 필요 서류를 확인하여 빠짐없이 준비해오시길

     바랍니다. 자세한 절차와 필요서류는 본 공지의 첨부파일을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

  -   서류심사에 대해서는 전적으로 출입국관리사무소에서 관할하는 사항입니다. 자세한 내용은 www.hikorea.go.kr을 참고

                                         Guide on Application for Alien Registration / Visa Extension

On-Campus Service

To reside in Korea for more than 3 months, you must apply for alien registration within 90 days of arriving in Korea. Accordingly, the International Student Affairs Team (ISAT) will provide an alien registration on-campus Service through the Korean Immigration Service Foundation(KISF). In addition, the office is providing a visa extension service as well for degree-seeking students whose visas are expiring in March 2020. For those who would like to apply for such services, please apply online, prepare the required documents and visit ECC B337 during the dates when the on-campus service is provided.

▣ Eligibility: D-2 visa holding degree-seeking freshmen, enrolled students and exchange / visiting students

(Students who already have an ARC number are not eligible for alien registration service since they already have their ARC numbers.)

▣ Pre-Registration:  ~ April 5(Sun),  2020 at http://kisfvisa.org (online)

    -  ONLY pre-registered students can use alien registration on-campus service.

    -  You must pre-register only fist and prepare the required documents in order to use the on-campus service

    - For students applying for visa extension, there is no need to apply online. Please prepare the required documents and make

      a visit during the on campus visa extension application period. 

▣ Schedule of Alien Registration and Visa Extension On-Campus Service

(*For those applying for alien registration, you must visit the immigration office in the future to register your fingerprints. The precise dates will be announced. Please note that the overall registration process can be delayed if you do not visit the immigration office on time.)

▣ Venue: Track (Near the main gate, venue changed)

    - Students must print out the online application and have documents ready in order to apply on campus.

    - The service is unavailable other than the above dates.

⑤  Photocopy of D-2 visa page on your passport

⑥  Color ID Photograph (3.5cm*4.5cm) – Check the Immigration Office’s Standard

⑦  Certificate of studentship(enrolled students) / Certificate of course completion(course completed students – available from February 29^th, 2020)

      ■ Degree-Seeking: Available at Eureka or Student Service Center

      ■ Exchange/Visiting: You may find in your Orientation Packet.

⑧  Medical Certificate for tuberculosis examination issued by Seodaemun Community Health Center within 3 months – Students who

      acquire D-2 visa after 2016. 07. do not need to submit medical certificate.

⑨  For graduate school students who have completed their course work: ‘Confirmation Form for Faculty Advisor on a Student’s

     Thesis Schedule’ with your academic advisor’s signature or seal and the confirmation of the administrative staff at the International

     Student Affairs Team (For GSIS students, please receive confirmation from the staff at GSIS)

⑩  For undergraduate students who are taking an additional semester to take courses: ‘Confirmation Form for taking Excessive

      Semester’ with your academic advisor’s signature or seal and the confirmation of the administrative staff at the International

      Student Affairs Team

⑪  Fee: Cash only – KRW 40,000(alien registration), 70,000(visa extension)

▣ Important Notes on the Service

    -   It is expected to take about four weeks for alien registration and visa extension

    -  Please be aware that your D-2 visa will automatically expire when you travel out of Korea before receiving your alien 

       registration card. Please make sure to bring all the required documents and refer to the attached file for the details on the

       procedures of on-campus application and required documents.
